La Castellana is a wedding venue located inside the historic walled city of Intramuros. Its rich wooden finish doors open up to a chic Spanish inspired architecture which is a tribute to heritage, history, and architecture.
The venue acquired its name from La Castellana, an idyllic town in Negros Occidental, the hometown of the owner’s father. Literally translated as the Castilian woman, La Castellana is a place of fantasy and romance that the Maria Clara in every Filipina would surely love.
With a capacity of up to 400 guests, the Salon de Joaquin Ballroom is a covered courtyard perfect for a romantic and elegant celebration. It features graceful arches draped with silk fabrics, majestic pocket gardens, a sophisticated granite flooring, and a ceiling adorned with crystal chandeliers.
The courtyard called El jardin de la Luz, literally translates as the garden of light, features a cloverleaf fountain lighted by crystal verinas and surrounded by tropical palms making it a perfect backdrop for a romantic celebration.
Sala de Gleceria is La Castellana’s famed courtesy room, famous for being a one of a kind suite in Intramuros suited for that elegant bride-to-be.
The venue also features a foyer with reception and gift area, air-conditioned restrooms, a veranda called Patio Domingo overlooking the grand ballroom and the surrounding buildings, fully landscaped surroundings, and El Comedor de Blandina, a smaller function rooms ideal for intimate functions of up to 40 people.
A promise of exclusivity through celebrating one event at a time is what sets La Castellana apart from other special events venue.

The San Miguel Church, also known as the National Shrine of St. Michael and the Archangels, is located near Malacañang Palace in Manila.
The outside structure of the church is simple with a garden surrounding the area. The interior on the other hand is elegant. In the altar area, huge statues of the seven archangels are placed around the image of Jesus Christ.
The church can accommodate an estimate of 300 people. Situated within Malacañan Palace’s compound, it is a solemn place to exchange wedding vows.
It is perfect, and is a favorite of couples who wish to have an intimate and private wedding. Though it is located along the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), you’ll be surprised at how solemn and peaceful the place is.
The church is located in the Magallanes Village. Though accessible by public transport, you can be assured that its streets are free from onlookers and vendors as the church administration and Village security regulates the activity within the vicinity.

The Plaza Moriones is a promenade inside Fort Santiago during the 19th century which has been used in celebration of different occasions since the time of the Spaniards.
This plaza has an ample array of foliage which provides a soothing atmosphere for an amazing and traditional Philippine wedding celebration. The Trellis, adjacent to the Plaza Moriones is a gazebo-like pathway ornamented with hanging bougainvilleas and red, brick flooring.
